Tallow is high in vitamins A, D, E, and K. These vitamins help reduce wrinkles, prevent free radicals from forming, and help alleviate skin conditions such as acne or psoriasis (source).

Does Tallow need to be Grass Fed & Grass Finished?

Grass fed & grass finished is definitely the way to go. If your tallow comes from cows that aren't grass fed & grass finished then it means they're grain fed. Grain fed cows typically eat a diet of soy and corn to fatten them up quickly. They're also typically given antibiotics and hormones which can build up in their fat deposits and then eventually contaminate your tallow!
